Captain Rateb falls seriously ill. Tawfiq, the port worker, offers to let him pass a bag of drugs through customs in exchange for a large sum of money. He agrees to secure his children's future, but regrets it and throws the bag into the sea. Gang members kidnap him and he is surprised to find out that his friend Nazih is the leader of the gang.
